In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. |

بنام خدا ؛ هستی بخش مهربان |
|
|
Nune. By the pen and what they write (therewith) . (*) |
1 |
نون ؛ سوگند به قلم و آنچه با آن مینویسند |
*
|
|
By the grace of your Lord you are not mad |
2 |
تو به لطف پروردگارت دیوانه نیستی |
|
|
And indeed you shall have a reward neverending,well deserved - |
3 |
براى تو پاداشى شایسته و هميشگى خواهد بود |
|
|
And you possess a great moral character. |
4 |
و همانا تو دارای منشی والا هستی |
|
|
and soon you shall and they shall also see- |
5 |
و بزودی تو خواهی دید و آنها نیز |
|
| which one of you is being tested. |
6 |
که کدامیک از شما آزمایش شدید |
|
|
Indeed your Lord knows best who has strayed off His path, and He knows best the guided ones. |
7 |
همانا پروردگارت آگاه تر است به آنکس که راهش را گم کرده و نیز به هدایت شدگان |
|
|
Therefore, do not obey those who deny the truth. |
8 |
پس از تکذیب کنندگان[ حقیقت] اطاعت مکن |
|
|
They love to compromise so that you may compromise. |
9 |
آنها دوست دارند باتو توافق کنند تا توهم باآنها توافق کنی |
|
|
And do not obey every lowly swearer of oaths,- |
10 |
و هر سوگند شکن پست را اطاعت مکن |
|
|
a slanderer, a backbiter,- |
11 |
بدگویی بسیار خبرچین |

|
|
the withholder of good, the sinful aggressor, |
12 |
دریغ کننده نیکی ، متجاوز گناهکار |
|
|
one who is cruel and, in addition to all this, utterly useless [to his fellow-men]. (**) |
13 |
پرخاشجو ، و علاوه بر اینها بیفایده [برای دیگران]ن |
|
|
Is it because he possesses wealth and sons? |
14 |
اینچنین است برای اینکه دارای مال و منال [فراوانی] است؟ |
|
|
When Our messages are recited to him, he says; tales from the past. |
15 |
چون آیات ما بر او خوانده شود گوید: "اینها همان افسانه های قدیمی است |
|
|
We shall stigmatize him with indelible disgrace! |
16 |
بزودی ویرا با رسوایی ماندگاری داغدار خواهیم کرد |
|
|
Indeed, We try them just as We tried the owners of the garden, who vowed that they would surely harvest its fruit in the morning. |
17 |
بدرستی ما آنها را آزمایش میکنیم همانطور که مالکان "باغ" راآزمایش کردیم آنها که اظهار اطمینان نمودند که فطعا صبح روز بعد میوه ها را خواهند چید |

|
And made no allowance [for the will of God]: |
18 |
و هیچ استثنایی را در نظر نگرفتند |
|
|
Then arriving was a visitor from your Lord while they were asleep. |
19 |
پس دیدارکننده ای از پروردگارتو بآن [باغ] هنگامی که خواب بودند سری زد |
|
|
By the morning, it was completely barren. |
20 |
فردا صبح، باغ کاملا بی حاصل و سترون بود |
|
|
In the morning,they called each other - |
21 |
چون صبح شد یکدیگر را ندا کردند:د |
|
|
"Go early to your harvest if you want to pich the fruit!" |
22 |
زود بباغ برویم تا میوه ها را بچینیم |

|
|
They therefore departed, whispering,- |
23 |
پس میرفتند و پچ پچ میکردند |
|
|
-do not let any needy person come to you today. |
24 |
امروز نباید هیچ نیازمندی را پذیرفت |
|
|
And so they started the morning, completely resolute. |
25 |
پس صبح را با عزمی استوار آغاز کردند |
|
|
But as soon as they saw the garden, they said; "we have lost our way!" |
26 |
ولی چون باغ را دیدند گفتند: ما راه را گم کرده ایم !؟ |
|
|
"Nay, but we have been rendered destitute!" |
27 |
نه !، بلکه ما محروم شده ایم |
|
|
The most right-minded among them said; did I not tell you that you should glorify God? |
28 |
نیک اندیش ترین آنها گفت : بشما نگفتم که خدارا تسبیح کنید؟ |
|
|
They said; glory to our Lord, we have certainly been transgressors. |
29 |
گفتند: پروردگارمان منزه است و همانا ما ستمکار بوده ایم |
|
|
Then they turned to one another blaming. |
30 |
سپس شروع بسرزنش یکدیگر نمودند |
|
|
[In the end] they said; woe to us, we have indeed been rebellious. |
31 |
در آخر، گفتند وای بر ما که چه سرکش بوده ایم |
|
|
Perhaps, our Lord will give us something better instead; we certainly turn to our Lord with hope.
|
32 |
شاید پروردگارمان اینرا بچیز بهتری تبدیل کند، همانا ما بسوی پروردگارمان راغب هستیم |
|
|
Such, is the punishmenthere, but the punishment of the Hereafter is far greater. If they only knew. |
33 |
این عذاب دنیوی است و عذاب اخروی بس بزرگتر است |

|
|
Behold, it is the God-conscious [alone] whom gardens of bliss await with their Sustainer |
34 |
همانا برای پارسایان است باغهای نعمت نزد پروردگارشان |
|
|
[or]Shall We treat the Submitters like the guilty? |
35 |
آیا با تسلیم شدگان [بحق] چون بزهکاران رفتارکنیم؟ |
|
|
What is the matter with you, how do you base your judgment? |
36 |
شما را چه میشود، این چه جور حکم کردنی است؟ |
|
|
Do you have a book through which you learn? |
37 |
آیا کتابی دارید که آنرا بشما درس میدهد؟ |
|
|
Can you indeed chose anything you like there? |
38 |
و درآنست آنچه را که دلخواه شمااست |
|
|
Or have you taken an oath from Us until the Day of Resurrection that you indeed shall have anything you demand? |
39 |
ویا ازما برایتان سوگندنامه ای رسیده که تا روز رستاخیز هرچه حکم کنید همان باشد!؟ |
|
|
Ask them, is this what they think? |
40 |
از آنها بپرس : اینست آنچه که می پندارند؟ |
|
|
Or do they have associates? Then let them bring forth their partners , if they are truthful.- |
41 |
ویا شریکانی دارند ، پس آنهارا مطرح کنند اگر راست میگویند |

|
|
on the day when they will be completely exposed and they will be required to fall prostrate [before God], but they cannot. |
42 |
در آنروزیکه کاملا برملأ و برهنه اند و چون دعوت بسجده و بخاک افتادن شوند نتوانند |
|
|
With their eyes subdued, overwhelmed with humility, they realize they were invited to fall prostrate when they were yet whole and able. |
43 |
باچشمانی بزیرافتاده وغوطه ور درذلت وحقارت [بیاد میآورند که] همانا دعوت بسجده وتسلیم شده بودند آنگاه که
هنوز سالم [و زنده] بودند |

|
Therefore, leave Me alone to deal with those who reject this narration. We shall bring them low, step by step, without their perceiving how it has come about: |
44 |
پس [کارها را] بمن واگذار کن ، کسانی که این حدیث را انکار میکنند بتدریج از جاییکه نمیدانند بزیر کشیده شوند |
|
|
behold, though I may give them rein for a while, My subtle scheme is formidable! |
45 |
هان آگاه باش! گرچه آنها را مدت کمی رهامیکنیم ، نقشه زیرکانه من بسیار سهمگین است |
|
|
Or is it that you ask them for a reward, so that they would be burdened with debt [if they listened to you]? |
46 |
آیا از آنها پاداشی خواسته ای که میترسند بتو گوش دهند!؟ |
|
|
Or do they know the hidden reality and have written it down? (***) |
47 |
یا علم غیب دارند و آنرا نوشته اند!؟ |
|
|
So be patient for your Lord’s judgment and do not be like "the companion of the fish"(Prophet Jonah ), as he called out in agony. |
48 |
پس شکیبا باش به رای پروردگارت و چون یونس پیغمبر مباش که از دل ماهی فریاد جانکاهی برآورد |

|
|
If it were not for a blessing from his Lord that touched him, he would have been thrown into the desert in disgrace. |
49 |
و اگر موهبت الهی را دریافت نمیکرد هرآینه باخفت به بیابان پرتاب میشد |
|
|
But his Lord, chose him and made him one of the righteous . |
50 |
ولی پروردگارش ویرا برگزید و از نیکانش نمود |
|
|
[be patient even though] disbelievers almost want to wipe you out with their eyes when they hear the message; and they say, surely, he is crazy. |
51 |
و[شکیبا باش ] کافران هرگاه "پیغام" را میشنوند با چشمانشان میخواهند ترا نابود کنند ، و میگویند: همانا او دیوانه است |
|
|
While, this is no more than a reminder [from God] to all mankind. | 52 |
در حالیکه این [قرآن] جز تذکری نیست برای جهانیان |
