Satan promises you poverty and commands you to commit evil, while God promises you His forgiveness and bounty. God is Bounteous, Omniscient. |

شيطان، شما را وعده فقر و تهيدستى مىدهد; و به زشتيها امر مىكند; ولى خداوند وعده آمرزش و فزونى به شما مىدهد. خداوند،بسیار بخشنده و داناست |

Granting wisdom to whomever He chooses, and whoever attains wisdom, has attained a great bounty. Only those who possess intelligence will take heed. |
269 |
خدا حكمت را به هر كس بخواهد مىدهد; و به هر كس دانش داده شود، خير فراوانى داده شده است . وجز خردمندان، کسی متذكر ابن نشود |

|
Whatever you may spend on others, or whatever you may vow [to spend], God is fully aware thereof. As for the wicked, they will have no helpers. |
270 |
از هر چيزكه انفاق مىكنيد، يا تعهد نذر مینمایید ، خداوند آگاه است. و ستمگران را یار و ياورى نیست |

If you do deeds of charity openly, it is all-right. But if you keep them anonymous, and give them to the poor, it is better for you, and remits more of your sins. God is fully Cognizant of everything you do. |
271 |
اگر انفاقی را آشكارا بدهيد، خوب است ! ولی اگر آنرا مخفیانه به نيازمندان بدهيد، براى شما بهتر است ! و قسمتى از گناهان شما را مىپوشاند; و خداوند به آنچه انجام مىدهيد، آگاه است |

It is not for you [O Prophet] to make people follow the right path, since it is God [alone] who guides whom He wills. Any charity you give is for your own good, provided that it is for the sake of God. Any charity you give will be repaid to you, without the least injustice. |
272 |
هدايت آنها بر تو نيست; بلکه تنها خداونداست که هر كه را بخواهد هدايت مىكند. و آنچه را انفاق مىكنيد، به خودتان برمیگردد، بشرطی که فقط در راه رضاى خداباشد . و آنچه که انفاق مىكنيد به طور كامل به شما باز پرداخت مىشود و به شما ستم نخواهد شد |

Give charity to the needy who are suffering in the cause of God, and cannot emigrate. The unaware may think that they are wealthy, due to their dignity. But you can recognize them by certain signs; they never beg from the people persistently. Whatever charity you give, God is fully aware thereof. |
273 |
انفاق شما، مخصوصا بايد براى نيازمندانى باشد كه در راه خدا، در تنگنا قرار گرفتهاند; نمىتوانند مهاجرت كنندو از شدت خويشتندارى، افراد ناآگاه آنها را بىنياز مىپندارند; اما آنها را از چهرههايشان مىشناسى; و هرگز با اصرار چيزى از مردم نمىخواهند . هر چيز خوبى در راه خدا انفاق كنيد، خداوند از آن آگاه است. |

|
Those who give to charity night and day, secretly and publicly, receive their recompense from their Lord; they will have nothing to fear, nor will they grieve. |
274 |
آنها كه اموال خود را، شب و روز، پنهان و آشكار، انفاق مىكنند، مزدشان نزد پروردگارشان است; نه ترسى بر آنهاست، و نه غمگين مىشوند |

Those who charge usury are in the same position as those controlled by the devil's influence. This is because they claim that usury is the same as commerce. However, God permits commerce, and prohibits usury. Thus, whoever heeds this commandment from his Lord, and refrains from usury, he may keep his past earnings, and his judgment rests with God. As for those who persist in usury, they incur Hell, wherein they abide forever. |
275 |
كسانى كه ربا مىخورند، برنمىخيزند مگر مانند كسى كه بر اثر تماس شيطان، مبهوت و سرگردان است. اين، به خاطر آن است كه گفتند: داد و ستد هم مانند ربا است در حالى كه خدا داد و ستد را حلال كرده، و ربا را حرام ! و اگر كسى اندرز الهى به او رسد، و خوددارى كند، سودهايى كه در سابق به دست آورده، مال اوست; و كار او به خدا واگذار مىشود; اما كسانى كه(به رباخواری) بازگردند اهل آتشند; و هميشه در آن مى مانند |

God deprives usurious gains of all blessing, whereas He blesses charitable deeds with manifold increase. And God does not love anyone who is stubborn in denying the truth and persistant in sinful ways. |
276 |
خداوند، ربا را نابود مىكند; و صدقات را افزايش مىدهد! و خداوند، هيچ انسان بسیار ستمکار گنهكارى را دوست نمىدارد |

| Those who believe and lead a righteous life, and are constant in prayer, and give the obligatory charity (Zakat), they receive their rewards from their Lord; they will have nothing to fear, nor will they grieve. |
277 |
كسانى كه ايمان آورده اعمال صالح انجام دهند و نماز را برپا داشته زكات را بپردازند، اجرشان نزد پروردگارشان است; نه ترسى بر آنهاست، و نه غمگين مىشوند |

|
O you who believe! Remain conscious of God. and give up all outstanding gains from usury, if you are true believers. |
278 |
اى كسانى كه ايمان آوردهايد! از خدا پرواکنيد، و آنچه از [مطالبات] ربا باقى مانده، رها كنيد; اگر ايمان داريد |
|
|
If you do not, then know that you are at war with God and His messenger. But if you repent, you may keep your capitals, without inflicting injustice, or incurring injustice. |
279 |
اگر نمىكنيد، بدانيد که با خدا و رسولش در پيكارید! و اگر توبه كنيد [اصل] سرمايه از آن شماخواهد بود; نه ستم مىكنيد، و نه ستم می بینید |

If ,however,the debtor is unable to pay, wait for a better time. If you give up the loan as a charity, it would be better for you, if you only knew. |
280 |
و اگر [بدهكار] قدرت پرداخت نداشته باشد، او را تا هنگام توانايى، مهلت دهيد! و اگردر راه رضای خدا بدهی او را ببخشيد بهتر است; اگر میدانستيد |

Beware of the day when you are returned to God, and everyone is repaid in full for everything he had done, without the least injustice. |
281 |
و از روزى پرواکنيد كه شما را به سوى خدا بازمىگردانند; سپس به هر كس، آنچه انجام داده، به طور كامل باز پرداخت مىشود، و به آنها ستم نخواهد شد |

O you who believe, when you transact a loan for any period, you shall put it in writing. An impartial scribe shall do the writing. No scribe shall refuse to write as God taught him. He shall write, while the debtor dictates the terms. He shall observe God his Lord and never cheat. If the debtor is mentally incapable, or helpless, or cannot dictate, his guardian shall dictate equitably. Two men shall serve as witnesses; if two men not available, then a man and two women whose testimony is acceptable to all. Thus, if one woman made mistake, the other will remind her. It is the obligation of the witnesses to testify when called upon to do so. Do not tire of writing the details, no matter how long, including the time of repayment. This is equitable in the sight of God, assures better witnessing, and eliminates having any doubts [later]. Business transactions that you execute on the spot need not be recorded. Have witnesses whenever you trade with one another, but neither scribe nor witness must suffer harm. If you harm them, it would be wickedness on your part. Remain conscious of God, since it is God who teaches you , and God has full knowledge of everything. |
282 |
اى كسانى كه ايمان آوردهايد! هرگاه قراروام مدتدارى با يكديگر میگذارید، آن را بنويسيد! و نويسنده بايد از روى عدالت، (سند را) در ميان شما بنويسد ! كسى كه قدرت بر نويسندگى دارد، نبايد از نوشتن -همان طور كه خدا به او تعليم داده- خوددارى كند! پس بايد بنويسد آنچه را وام گیرنده املا میكند، و از خدا كه پروردگار اوست پرواکند، و چيزى را فروگذار ننمايد ! اگر وام گیرنده، سفيه یا ضعيف است و توانايى بر املاكردن ندارد، ولى او با رعايت عدالت، املا میكند. و دو نفر از مردان خود را شاهد بگيريد، اگر دو مرد نبودند، يك مرد و دو زن، از كسانى كه مورد رضايت و اطمينان شما هستند، تا اگر يكى انحرافى يافت ديگرى به او يادآورى كند. شهود نبايد دعوت به شهادت را رد کنند. از نوشتن ریز و درشت و سررسید وام خسته نشويد (هر چه باشد بنويسيد)! اين، در نزد خدا به عدالت نزديكتر، براى شهادت درست تر، و براى جلوگيرى از ترديد و شك بعدی بهتر است; مگر اينكه داد و ستد نقدى باشد كه بين خود، دست به دست مىكنيد. در اينصورت، گناهى بر شما نيست كه آن را ننويسيد. هنگامى كه خريد و فروش مىكنيد، شاهد بگيريد! و نبايد به نويسنده و شاهد زيانى برسد و اگر چنين كنيد، از فرمان پروردگار خارج شدهايد. از خدا بپرهيزيد ! خداوند به شما تعليم مىدهد و خداوند به همه چيز داناست |

If you are traveling, and no scribe is available, a bond shall be posted to guarantee repayment. If one is trusted in this manner, he shall return the bond when due, and he shall observe God his Lord. Do not withhold any testimony by concealing what you had witnessed. Anyone who withholds a testimony is sinful at heart. God is fully aware of everything you do. |
283 |
اگر در سفريد، و نويسندهاى نمی يابيد، گرو(وثیقه)بگيريد. اگر يكديگر راامین میشماريد، كسى كه امين شمرده شود ، باید امانت را بموقع بپردازد; و از خدا، پروردگارخود پروا کند و شهادت را كتمان نكند. اگركتمان كند، قلبش گناهكار است. و خداوند، به آنچه انجام مىدهيد، داناست |

To God belongs everything in the heavens and the earth. Whether you declare your innermost thoughts, or keep them hidden, God holds you responsible for them. He forgives whomever He wills, and punishes whomever He wills. God has power over all things. |
284 |
آنچه در آسمانها و زمين است، از آن خداست. اگر آنچه را در دل داريد، آشكار سازيد يا پنهان، خداوند شما را بر طبق آن، محاسبه مىكند.سپس هر كس را بخواهد مىبخشد; و هر كس را بخواهد مجازات مىكند. و خداوند به همه چيز قدرت دارد. |

The messenger and the believers with him, believe in what was sent down to him from his Lord. They all believe in God, His angels, His scriptures, and His messengers making no distinction among any of His messengers. They say, 'We heard, and we obey. Forgive us, our Lord. To You is the ultimate destiny.' |
285 |
پيامبربدآنچه از سوى پروردگارش بر او نازل شده، ايمان دارد و همه مؤمنان (نيز) . آنها به خدا و فرشتگان ، كتابها و فرستادگانش، ايمان دارند; (و مىگويند:) ما در ميان هيچ يك از پيامبران او، فرق نمىگذاريم . آنها میگویند: ما شنيديم و اطاعت میکنيم ، پروردگارا! بیامرزما را که بازگشت به سوى توست |

God never burdens a soul beyond its means: to its credit is what it earns, and against it is what it commits. 'O Our Lord ! Do not take us to task if we forget or unwittingly make mistakes. O Our Lord ! Do not lay upon us a burdon like you did upon those before us. O Our Lord ! Do not make us bear burdens which we have no strenght to bear. Pardon us ,forgive us and shower us with your mercy. You are our Lord Supreme. Grant us victory over the disbelieving people. |
286 | خداوند كسیرا، بیش از تواناييش، تكليف نمىكند. [انسان] هر كار نيكى را انجام دهد، براى خود انجام داده; و هر كار بدى كند، به زيان خود كرده است. [مؤمنان مىگويند:] پروردگارا! اگر ما فراموش يا خطا كرديم، ما را مؤاخذه مكن . پروردگارا! تكليف سنگينى بر ما قرار مده آن چنان كه بر كسانى كه پيش از ما بودند، قرار دادى . پروردگارا! آنچه طاقت تحمل آن را نداريم بر ما مقرر مدار و آثار گناه را از ما بشوى . ما را ببخش و در رحمت خود قرار ده ، تو مولا و سرپرست مايى، پس ما را بر جمعيت كافران، پيروز گردان. |
