| 41:2 | A Revelation from Most Gracious, Most Merciful |
فرو فرستادن این کتاب از سوی آن هستی بخش مهربان است |

| 41:3 | A Book of which the verses are made plain, an Arabic Quran for a people who know:
|
كتابى كه آياتش هر مطلبى را در جاى خود بازگو كرده، در حالى كه فصيح و گوياست براى جمعيتى كه آگاهند |
* |
| 41:4 | Giving good news and warning. But most of them turn away , therefore, they will not hear. |
کتابی كه بشارت دهنده و بيم دهنده است; ولى بيشتر آنان روى گردان شدند; از اين رو چيزى نمىشنوند |
* |
| 41:5 | And they said; our hearts are completely shielded from what you are inviting us to and there is deafness in our ears and there is a barrier between us and you. Therefore, do whatever you do and so will we.
|
آنها گفتند: قلبهاى ما نسبت به آنچه ما را به آن دعوت مىكنى در پوششهايى قرار گرفته و در گوشهاى ما سنگينى است، و ميان ما و تو حجابى وجود دارد; پس تو بدنبال کار خود باش، ما هم براى خود عمل مىكنيم |

| 41:6 | Say; I am no more than a human being like you, who has been inspired that indeed your god is One god, therefore, you shall stand firm for Him and ask forgiveness from Him. And woe to those who set up partners for god.
|
بگو: من بشری چون شما هستم ; به من وحى مىشود كه معبود شما معبودى يگانه است ; پس تمام توجه خويش را به او كنيد و از وى آمرزش طلبید ؛ وای بر مشرکان |

| 41:7 | Those who do not give the cleansing charity, and they are disbelievers in the Hereafter.
|
همانها كه زكات را نمىپردازند، و آخرت را منكرند |
* |
| 41:8 | Indeed, as for those who believe and lead a righteous life, reserved for them is a never ending reward. |
اما كسانى كه ايمان آورده و كارهاى شايسته انجام دادند، پاداشى دائمى دارند |
* |
| 41:9 | Say: do you disbelieve in Him Who created the earth in two periods, and do you set up equals with Him? That is the Lord of the Worlds. |
بگو: آيا شما به آن كس كه زمين را در دو روز آفريد كافر هستيد و براى او همانندهايى قرارمىدهيد؟! او پروردگار جهانيان است |

| 41:10 | And He placed stabilizers on it and blessed it and exactly measured its provisions in four periods, to equal the needs of those who seek it. |
او در زمين كوههاى استوارى قرار داد و بركاتى در آن آفريد و مواد غذايى آن را مقدر فرمود، - اينها همه در چهار روز بود- درست به اندازه نیاز تقاضاکنندگان |

| 41:11 | Then He balanced the sky, and it was a smoke, He then said to it and to the land; "Come into existence willingly or unwillingly." They said; we come willingly. |
سپس به آفرينش آسمان پرداخت، در حالى كه بصورت دود بود; به آن و به زمين دستور داد: به وجود آييد (و شكل گيريد)، خواه از روى اطاعت و خواه اكراه! آنها گفتند: ما از روى طاعت مىآييم |

| 41:12 | He then completed them as seven skies in two periods, and He inspired in each sky its law. And We adorned the lowest sky with lamps, and placed in it guards. Such is the design of The Almighty, The All Knower.

در اين هنگام آنها را بصورت هفت آسمان در دو روز آفريد، و در هر آسمانى كار آن (آسمان) را وحى فرمود، و آسمان پايين را با چراغهايى زينت بخشيديم، و آنرا حفظ كرديم، اين است تقدير خداوند توانا و دانا |

| 41:13 | However, if they turn away, then say; I warn you of a lightening like the lightening that struck Aad and Thamoud.
|
اگر آنها رویگردان شوند، بگو: من شما را از صاعقهاى همانند صاعقه عاد و ثمود مىترسانم |

| 42:14 | When, their messengers went to them, in successions, proclaiming not to worship but God, they said, had our Lord willed, He would have certainly sent angels, therefore, we disbelieve in your message.
|
در آن هنگام كه رسولان از هر سو به سراغشان آمدند (و آنان را دعوت كردند) كه جز خدا را نپرستيد آنها گفتند: اگر پروردگار ما مىخواست فرشتگانى نازل مىكرد ; از اين رو ما به آنچه شما مبعوث به آن هستيد كافريم |

| 41:15 | As for Aad, they were arrogant in the land , disregarding the truth and said; who is more powerful than us? Did they not realize that God who created them is more powerful than them? And they continued to dispute Our signs.
|
اما قوم عاد بناحق در زمين تكبر ورزيدند و گفتند: چه كسى از ما نيرومندتر است؟ !آيا نمىدانستند خداوندى كه آنان را آفريده از آنها قويتر است؟ و (به خاطر اين پندار) پيوسته آيات ما را انكار مىكردند. |

| 41:16 | We, therefore, sent upon them a violent wind during a few miserable days in order to let them taste the humiliation of this world and the humiliation of the Hereafter is far worse. And they will never be helped.
|
سرانجام تندبادى شديد و هولانگيز و سرد و سخت در روزهايى شوم و پرغبار بر آنها فرستاديم تا عذاب خواركننده را در زندگى دنيا به آنها بچشانيم; و عذاب آخرت از آن هم خواركنندهتر است، و (از هيچ طرف) يارى نمىشوند |

| 41:17 | As for Thamoud, we guided them, but they loved to be blind instead of guided, therefore, the lightening struck them, what a horrible punishment because of what they earned.
|
اما ثمود را هدايت كرديم، ولى آنها نابينايى را بر هدايت ترجيح دادند; به همين جهت صاعقه -آن عذاب خواركننده- به خاطر اعمالى كه انجام مىدادند آنها را فروگرفت |

| 41:18 | And We saved those who believed and were god-fearing. |
و كسانى را كه ايمان آوردند و پرهيزگار بودند نجات بخشيديم |
* |
| 41:19 | And on the day that the enemies of God shall be brought together to the fire. |
به خاطر بياوريد روزى را كه دشمنان خدا را جمع كرده به سوى دوزخ مىبرند |
* |
| 41:20 | When they all get there, their ears, their eyes and their skin will testify against them regarding everything they have done.
|
وقتى به آن مىرسند، گوشها و چشمها و پوستهاى تنشان به آنچه مىكردند گواهى مىدهند |
* |
| 41:21 | And they say to their skin, why did you testify against us? They respond; God made us speak, He is the One who makes everything speak, and He has created you in the first place and to Him is your final destiny.
|
آنها به پوستهاى تنشان مىگويند: چرا بر ضد ما گواهى داديد؟ ! آنها جواب مىدهند: همان خدايى كه هر موجودى را به نطق درآورده ما را گويا ساخته ; و او شما را نخست آفريده و بازگشتتان بسوی اوست |

| 41:22 | And you could never hide from the testimony of your own ears, eyes and skin against you, however, you thought that God is unaware of many things you do. |
شما شهادت گوش و چشم و پوستتان را پنهان نمیکرديد، بلكه شما گمان مىكرديد كه خداوند بسيارى از اعمالى را كه انجام مىدهيد نمىداند |

| 41:23 | And such thinking about your Lord caused you to fall, and you ended up amongst the losers.
|
آرى اين گمان بدى بود كه درباره پروردگارتان داشتيد و همان موجب هلاكت شما گرديد، و سرانجام از زيانكاران شديد |
* |
| 41:24 | And if they continue the way they are, The Fire will eventually be their abode. And if they make up excuses, they will not be excused. |
اگر شکیبایی كنند (يا نكنند، به هر حال) دوزخ جايگاه آنهاست; و اگر تقاضاى رضایت كنند، خدا از آنها راضی نمیشود |

| 41:25 | And We appoint companions who adorn everything for them continuously, and the truth was thus fulfilled for communities of jinns and humans before them, who were also indeed losers.
|
ما براى آنها همنشينانى قرار داديم كه زشتيها را از پيش رو و پشت سر آنها در نظرشان نیکوجلوه دادند; و فرمان الهى در باره آنان تحقق يافت و به سرنوشت اقوام گمراهى از جن و انس كه قبل از آنها بودند گرفتار و مسلما زيانكار شدند |

| 41:26 | And those who disbelieved said; do not listen to this Quran and distort it that you may overcome. |
كافران گفتند: گوش به اين قرآن فراندهيد; و به هنگام تلاوت آن جنجال كنيد، شايد پيروز شويد |
* |
| 41:27 | Therefore, We will let those who disbelieved taste the ultimate punishment and We requite them for what evil they did.
|
به يقين به كافران عذاب شديدى مىچشمانيم، و آنها را به بدترين اعمالى كه انجام مى دادند كيفر مىدهيم |
* |
| 41:28 | This is the requital for God’s enemies; The Fire. It will be their eternal home. A just requital, because they disputed Our signs. |
این آتش كيفر دشمنان خدا است، سراى جاويدشان در آن خواهد بود، كيفرى است بخاطر اينكه آيات ما را انكار مىكردند |

| 41:29 | And those who disbelieved say; our Lord, show us those who misled us from jinns and humans, so we can trample them under our feet and render them the lowest. |
كافران گفتند: پروردگارا! آنهايى كه از جن و انس ما را گمراه كردند به ما نشان ده تا زير پاى خود لگدمالشان كنيم تا از پست ترين باشند |

| 41:30 | Indeed as for those who said; our Lord is God and stood firm, the angels will descend upon them saying; do not fear, do not grieve, and give them the good news of The Garden that was promised to them;
|
به يقين كسانى كه گفتند: پروردگار ما خداوند يگانه است! سپس استقامت كردند، فرشتگان بر آنان نازل مىشوند كه: نترسيد و غمگين مباشيد، و بشارت باد بر شما به آن بهشتى كه به شما وعده داده شده است |

| 41:31 | We are your allies in this worldly life as well as in The Hereafter. And available to you is everything you desire and everything you asked for. |
ما ياران و مددكاران شما در زندگى دنيا و آخرت هستيم; و براى شما هر چه دلتان بخواهد در بهشت فراهم است، و هر چه درخواست كنيد به شما داده میشود |

| 41:32 | A gift from one who is All Forgiver, All Merciful. |
اينها بخششی از سوى خداوند آمرزنده و مهربان است |
* |
| 41:33 | who can utter better words than one who invites to God and leads a righteous life and says; indeed I am one of the submitters.
|
چه كسى خوش گفتارتر است از آن كس كه دعوت به سوى خدا مىكند و عمل صالح انجام مىدهد و مىگويد: من از مسلمانانم |
* |
| 41:34 | And not equal are the good and the evil. You shall respond in the best possible manner, even if there is animosity between you and another, treat him as though he is indeed a beloved friend.
|
نيكى و بدى يكسان نيست; بدى را با نيكى دفع احسن كن، که همان كس كه ميان تو و او دشمنى است، گويى دوستى گرم و شفیق است |

| 41:35 | And no one can achieve this except those who are steadfast and no one can achieve this except those who are extremely blessed. |
اما جز كسانى كه داراى صبر و استقامتند به اين مقام نمىرسند، و جز كسانى كه بهره عظيمى (از ايمان و تقوا) دارند به آن نايل نمىگردند |

| 41:36 | And when Satan whispers an idea to you, you shall immediately seek refuge in God. Indeed, He is The All Hearer, The All Knower.
|
هرگاه وسوسههايى از شيطان متوجه تو گردد، از خدا پناه بخواه كه او شنوده و داناست |
* |
| 41:37 | And among His signs are the night and the day and the sun and the moon. Do not prostrate before the sun and the moon, but prostrate before God who created them, if you worship Him alone.
|
و
از نشانههاى او، شب و روز و خورشيد و ماه است; براى خورشيد و ماه سجده نكنيد، براى خدايى كه آفريننده آنهاست سجده كنيد اگر مىخواهيد تنهااو را بپرستید |
* |
| 41:38 | If they turn arrogant, then those at your Lord glorify Him night and day without ever tiring. |
و اگر کفار تكبر كنند، كسانى كه نزد پروردگارت هستند شب و روز براى او تسبيح مىگويند و خسته نمىشوند |
* |
| 41:39 | And among His signs you see the land still, and as soon as We pour water upon it, it vibrates with life. Indeed the One who revives it, is the One who resurrects the dead. Surely He is All Powerful over all things. |
و از آيات او اين است كه زمين را خشك (و بىجان) مىبينى، اما هنگامى كه آب (باران) بر آن مىفرستيم به جنبش درمىآيد و نمو مىكند; همان كسى كه آن را زنده كرد، مردگان را نيز زنده مىكند; او بر هر چيز تواناست |

| 41:40 | Surely those who distort Our signs are not hidden from Us. Is the one who faces The Fire better than the one who comes perfectly secure on the Day of Resurrection? Do whatever you wish, indeed He is All Seer of everything you do.
|
كسانى كه آيات ما را تحريف مىكنند بر ما پوشيده نخواهند بود! آيا كسى كه در آتش افكنده مىشود بهتر است يا كسى كه در نهايت امن و امان در قيامت به عرصه محشر مىآيد؟! هر كارى مىخواهيد بكنيد، او به آنچه انجام مىدهيد بيناست |
* |
| 41:41 | Indeed those who disbelieved in the reminder after it came to them have surely rejected a mighty scripture.
|
كسانى كه به اين ذكر هنگامى كه به سراغشان آمد كافر شدند در حالیکه اين كتابى است بسیار توانمند |
* |
| 41:42 | No falsehood had ever entered it in the past and nor will it ever enter in the future. It is a revelation from the One who is All Wise, Praiseworthy.

كه هيچ گونه باطلى هیچگاه به سراغ آن نمىآيد; چرا كه از سوى خداوند حكيم و شايسته ستايش نازل شده است |

| 41:43 | What is said to you is precisely what was said to the previous messengers. Most assuredly, your Lord is possessor of forgiveness and he also possesses the most painful consequence. |
آنچه ( ناروا )به تو مىگويند همان است كه به پيامبران قبل از تو نيز گفته شده; پروردگار تو داراى مغفرت و (هم) داراى مجازات دردناكی است |

| 41:44 | Had We made it a Non-Arabic(vague) Quran, they would have surely said; its verses are not elucidated. a vague (Quran) and Arabic prophet? say; it is a guide and a healing for those who believe. As for those who do not believe, there is deafness in their ears and they are blind. It is as though they are being called from a far away place.

هرگاه آن را قرآنى اعجمى(گنگ) قرار مىداديم حتما مىگفتند: چرا آياتش روشن نيست؟! قرآنی گنگ و (پيغمبرى )عربى؟!» بگو: اين (كتاب) براى كسانى كه ايمان آوردهاند هدايت و درمان است; ولى كسانى كه ايمان نمىآورند، در گوشهايشان سنگينى است و گويى نابينا هستند و آن را نمىبينند; آنها (همچون كسانى هستند كه گوئى) از راه دور صدا زده مىشوند |

| 41:45 | We indeed gave Moses the scripture, they then disputed therein, and if it were not for a given word of your Lord, they would have been judged immediately. And surely they are suspicious regarding this, full of doubt.
|
ما به موسى كتاب آسمانى داديم; سپس در آن اختلاف شد; و اگر فرمانى از ناحيه پروردگارت در اين باره صادر نشده بود (كه بايد به آنان مهلت داد تا اتمام حجت شود)، در ميان آنها داورى مىشد ; وآنها هنوز درباره آن شكى تهمتانگيز دارند |
* |
| 41:46 | Whoever leads a righteous life, it is good for him, and whoever works evil, it is to his own detriment. And your Lord is never unjust towards His servants.
|
كسى كه کار نیکو کند، سودش براى خود اوست; و هر كس بدى كند، به خويشتن بدى كرده است; و پروردگارت هرگز به بندگان ستم نمیکند |

| 41:47 | With Him is the knowledge of The Hour. No fruit emerges from its sheath and no female becomes pregnant nor gives birth except in accordance with His knowledge. And the day they will be asked; where are My partners? They will say; we proclaim to You that none of us bears witness to that.
|
دانش بوقت قيامت تنها به خدا بازمىگردد; هيچ ميوهاى از غلاف خود خارج نمىشود، و هيچ زنى باردار نمىگردد و وضع حمل نمىكند مگر به علم او و آن روز كه آنها را ندا مىدهد: كجايند شريكانى كه براى من مىپنداشتيد؟! مىگويند: اعلام میداریم كه هيچ گواهى بر گفته خود نداريم |

| 41:48 | And the very thing they used to call upon previously abandoned them and they realize that there is no way out.
|
و همه معبودانى را كه قبلا مىخواندند محو و گم مىشوند; و مىدانند هيچ گريزگاهى ندارند |
* |
| 41:49 | The human being never tires from praying for good, and when an adversity strikes him, he then becomes hopeless, despondent.
|
نسان هرگز از تقاضاى نيكى (و نعمت) خسته نمىشود; و هرگاه شر و بدى به او رسد، بسيار مايوس و نوميد مىگردد! |

| 41:50 | And when We bless him after an adversity had befallen him, he will surely say; I attained this on my own and I do not think that the appointed Hour will ever come and even if I return to my Lord, better things are reserved for me at His sight. Most certainly we inform those who disbelieve regarding their deeds and We will surely have them taste the most severe punishment.

و هرگاه او را رحمتى از سوى خود بعد از ناراحتى كه به او رسيده بچشانيم مىگويد: اين بخاطر شايستگى و استحقاق من بوده، و گمان نمىكنم قيامت برپا شود; و بفرض كه قيامتى باشد هرگاه بسوى پروردگارم بازگردانده شوم، براى من نزد او پاداشهاى نيك است. ما كافران را از اعمالى كه انجام دادهاند (بزودى) آگاه خواهيم كرد و از عذاب شديد به آنها مىچشانيم. |

| 41:51 | When We bless the human being, he turns away and deviates and when an adversity touches him, then he implores widely.
|
و هرگاه به انسان نعمت دهيم، روى برگرداند و به حال تكبر از حق دور شود; ولى هرگاه مختصر ناراحتى به او رسد، دعای فراوان کند |

| 41:52 | Say; do you not realize that if this is from God, and you disbelieve in it, who would be more astray than the one who has fallen deep into opposition?
|
بگو: آیا می بینید؟اگر اين قرآن از سوى خداوند باشد و شما به آن كافر شويد، چه كسى گمراهتر خواهد بود از كسى كه در مخالفت شديدی با آن قرار دارد |

| 41:53 | We will soon show Our signs in the horizons and within themselves until it becomes clear to them that indeed it is the truth. Is your Lord not sufficient? Indeed He witnesses all things.
|
به زودى نشانههاى خود را در اطراف جهان و در درون جانشان به آنها نشان مىدهيم تا براى آنان آشكار گردد كه او حق است; آيا پروردگارت کفایت نمیکند؟ همانا او بر همه چيز شاهد و گواه است |

| 41:54 | Absolutely, they are certainly doubtful about meeting their Lord. Absolutely, He surely encompasses all things.
|
آگاه باشيد كه آنها از لقاى پروردگارشان در شك و ترديدند; و آگاه باشيد كه خداوند به همه چيز احاطه دارد |
