.بنام خدای ، هستی بخش بسیار مهربان |

O MANKIND! Be conscious of your Sustainer, who has created you of one living entity, and out of it created its mate, and out of the two spread abroad a multitude of men and women. And you shall fear God, the one whom you and your relatives have to answer to. Indeed God is Ever Watchful over you.

001 |
آهای مردم از پروردگارتان پروا کنید آنکه شمارا از یک نهاد زندگی (نفس) بیافرید و از او جفتش را بیافرید سپس از آمیزش آندو مردان و زنان بیشماری پدید آمد. و از خدا پروا کنید آنکه شما و خویشاوندانتان بدو پاسخگو هستید. همانا خداوند مراقب شما است |

|
And give to the orphans their possessions, and do not substitute worthless (things of yours) for (their) good (ones), and do not consume their possessions together with your own; this is surely a great crime. |
002 |
و اموال یتیمان را(پس از رسیدن بسن بلوغ) به آنها باز گردانید . اموال آلوده و بد خود را جانشین اموال پاک و خوب آنها مکنید و اموال آنها را بهمراه اموال خود بمصرف مرسانید . همانا این تبهکاری بزرگی است |

|
And if you have reason to fear that you might not act equitably towards orphans, then marry from the women who seem good to you; two, or three, or four: but if you have reason to fear that you might not be able to treat them with equal fairness, then [only] one - or [from among] those whom you rightfully possess. ** This will make it more likely that you will not deviate from the right course.

و اگر میترسید که نتوانید با یتیمان به انصاف رفتار کنید پس از زنان آنکه برای شما نیکو است دو، سه یا چهارتا بهمسری برگزینید ولی اگر بیم دارید که نتوانید میان آنها بعدالت رفتار کنید فقط یکی و یا آنچه را مالکید. بدین ترتیب احتمال انحراف شما کمتر است |

|
And give the women (on marriage) their dower as a free gift; but if they, of their own good pleasure, remit any part of it to you, Take it and enjoy it with right good cheer. |
004 |
ومهريه زنان را به عنوان هديه اى با ميل و رغبت بهشان بدهيد; واگر چيزى از آن را با ميل و رضايت خود به شما ببخشند ، آن را حلال و گوارا میل کنید |

|
And do not entrust to those who are weak of judgment the possessions which God has placed in your charge for [their] support; but let them have their sustenance therefrom, and clothe them, and speak unto them in a kindly way. |
005 |
اموالتان را كه خدا مايه قوام و برپايى [ زندگى ] شما گردانيده به سبك مغزان ندهيد ، ولى آنان را از درآمد آن بخورانيد و لباس بپوشانيد و با آنان به صورتى شايسته و پسنديده سخن گوييد |

|
And test the orphans until they reach a marriageable age; then, if you find them to be mature of mind, hand over to them their possessions; and do not consume them by wasteful spending, and in haste, before they grow up. And let him who is rich abstain entirely; and let him who is poor partake thereof in a fair manner. And when you hand over to them their possessions, let there be witnesses on their behalf - and none can take count as God does. |

يتيمان را بيازماييد تا وقتى به [سن] زناشويى برسند پس اگر در ايشان رشد [فكرى] يافتيد اموالشان را به آنان رد كنيد و آن را [از بيم آنكه مبادا] بزرگ شوند به اسراف و شتاب مخوريد و آن كس كه توانگر است بايد [از گرفتن اجرت سرپرستى] خوددارى ورزد و هر كس تهيدست است بايد مطابق عرف [از آن] بخورد پس هر گاه اموالشان را به آنان رد كرديد بر ايشان گواه بگيريد خداوند حسابرسى را كافى است |

|
From what is left by parents and those nearest related there is a share for men and a share for women, whether the property be small or large,-a share ordained. |
007 |
براى مردان از آنچه پدر و مادر و خويشاوندان بر جاى گذاشتهاند سهمى است و براى زنان [نيز] از آنچه پدر و مادر و خويشاوندان [آنان] بر جاى گذاشتهاند سهمى خواهد بود خواه آن [مال] كم باشد يا زياد نصيب هر كس مفروض شده است

|
O our Lord, do not let our heart waver after you have guided us, and grant us mercy from your special place. Indeed you are The Grantor. |
008 |
پروردگارا! دلهای مارا به کژی دچارمکن پس از اینکه مارا هدایت نمودی ، و از طریق ویژه خود بما رحمت عطا فرما که تو بسیار عطاکننده ای |

|
O our Lord, indeed you are Gatherer of the people on the day in which there is no doubt . Surely, God does not break the promise. |
009 |
پروردگارا!همانا تو گردآورنده مردمان هستی برای روزی که در باره آن هیچ شک و بدگمانی نیست . همانا خداوند خلف وعده(پیمان شکنی) نمیکند |

|
Surely those who disbelieve, their money and their children will in the least avail them against God. And they will be fuel for the fire- |
010 |
همانا کسانی که کافر شدند نه اموالشان و نه اولادشان آنها را از خداوند بی نیاز نمیکند و هم اینانند گیرانه آتش |
|
|
-like the people of Pharaoh and those before them. They disbelieved in Our Signs; consequently, God punished them for their sins. And God is strict in enforcing retribution. |
011 |
همانند فرعونیان و کسانی پیش از آنها که آیات مارا تکذیب کردند. پس خداوند آنها را به گناهانشان گرفت و خداوند سخت کیفردهنده است |

|
Say to those who disbelieved that they shall be overcome and gathered unto hell . And what a miserable abode. |
012 |
بدانان که کاقرشدند بگو:بزودی شکست میخورید وبسوی دوزخ رهسپار میگردید که چه بد بستر وجایگاهی است
|
|
|
Indeed there was a sign in the two armies when they met. One army was fighting in the cause of God, while the other denying Him; with their own eyes [the former] saw the others as twice their own number(while they were 3-4 times). And God helps with His victory whomever He wills. Indeed, in this, there is a lesson for those who possess vision. | 013 |
هرآینه برای شما نشانه ای بود آنگاه که دو گروه به نبرد پرداختند(جنگ بدر) - اولی در راه خدا میجنگید و دیگری کافر بود . (گروه اول) با چشم خود دیدند که گروه دشمن دوبرابرآنهااست (درحالیکه چند برابر بودند) و لذا پیروز شدند. و خداوند هرکه را بخواهد با یاری خود پیروز میکند . همانا در این ،عبرتی است برای صاحبان بینش |

Adorned for the people is the enjoyment of worldly desires through women and offsprings, and piles upon piles of gold and silver and horses, livestock and crops. All these may be enjoyed in the life of this world - but at God there exists the best abode. |
014 |
برای مردم دوست داشتن شهوت برای زن و فرزند آراسته شده و نیز انبوهی از زر و سیم ، اسبان و چارپایان و کشتزارها . اینها بهره زندگی دنیااست در حالیکه نزد خدااست بهترین سرانجام |

|
Say, shall I inform you of something better than these? For those who are reverent, at their Lord, there are gardens with flowing streams beneath them, they are to dwell therein eternally with pure spouses and approval from God. And God sees all that is in [the hearts of] His servants . |
015 |
بگو: آیا شمارا به بهتر از اینها آگاه سازم؟ برای پارسایان نزد پروردگارشان باغهایی است با رودهای روان ، در آن جاویدانند با همسرانی پاکیزه و با خوشنودی خدا. وخداوند به بندگانش بینااست |

|
Those who say: O our Lord!, we believe, therefore, forgive our sins and keep us safe from suffering through the Fire |
016 |
آنان گویند: پرودگارا ! ما ایمان آورد یم پس گناهان ما را بیامرز و ما را از آتش دوزخ دور نگهدار |
|
|
Those who are patient in adversity, and true to their word, and truly devout, and who spend [in God's way], and pray for forgiveness at dawn
(from their innermost hearts). |
017 |
آنها هستند: شکیبا یان ،راستگویان ، فروتنان ، کسانیکه انفاق میکنند و سحرگاهان(و از ته دل) آمرزش می طلبند |

|
God bear witness - and [so do] the angels and those possess knowledge - that there is no diety but Him, the Upholder of Equity: there is no deity save Him, the Almighty, the All Wise. |
018 |
خداوند گواهی میدهد ، همراه با فرشتگان و دانایان ، که خدایی نیست بجز الله ؛ برپادارنده عدل . خدایی نیست جز او ، توانای بسیار فرزانه |

|
Indeed, the only religion in the sight of God is self-surrender to Him. And those who have received the scripture did not dispute, except after the knowledge came to them, due to jealousy on their part. As for those who denies the truth of God's messages , behold, God is quick in reckoning. |
019 |
همانا دین نزد خدا اسلام (تسلیم در برابر حق) است . و اهل کتاب اختلاف نکردند مگر پس از آنکه دانش یافتند ، از روی حسد و ستم میان خود . وهرکس به آیات الهی کفران ورزد هرآینه خداوند سریع الحساب است |

Therefore, if they argue with you, then say, I submit myself to God and so do those who follow me. Moreover, say to those who received the scripture as well as the laymen, will you submit? If they submit, they are on the right path, and if they turn away, then indeed your only responsibility is to deliver the message. God is All Seer of the worshipers. |
020 |
واگر با تو مجادله کنند بگو : من خودرا بخدا میسپارم ونیز آنها که پیرو منند . و به دریافت کنندگان کتب آسمانی و مردم عوام بگو :آیا تسلیم [حق] میشوید؟ اگر بشوید هرآینه هدایت مییابید و اگر روی برتابند همانا بر تو فقط رساندن پیام است . و خداوند بر [اعمال] بندگانش بسیاربینا است |

|
And how could you take it away after you have given yourselves to one another, and she has received a most solemn pledge from you? |
021 |
و چگونه آن را پس مي گيريد در حالى كه به يكديگر رسيده ايد ، و آنان از شما پيمانى محكم گرفته اند . |

|
|
These are the ones who wasted their acts in this world as well as in the Hereafter and there are no helpers for them. |
022 |
اینهایند کسانیکه کار و کردارشان در این جهان و در سرای دیگر پوچ شده و آنهارا یار و یاوری نیست |
|
|
How about those who received their share of revelation, and were invited to God’s scripture to judge amongst them; yet some of them turned away in aversion? |
023 |
چگونه است که آنها که بهره ای از کتاب آسمانی دارند چون بسوی کتاب خدا دعوت میشوند تا میان آنها داوری کند در حال اعراض روی بر میگردانند؟ |
|
|
This is because they claim " Fire will not touch us except for a few days". So they were deceived by their religion and what they used to fabricate. |
024 |
دلیلش اینست که میگویند "مابا آتش جز چند روزی تماس نداریم"، و به دینشان و آنچه را که ساخته و پرداخته اند مغرورند |

|
How then [will they feel] when We gather them on the day wherein there is no doubt and every soul is repaid in fuul for what he has earned, and no one shall suffer any injustice. |
025 |
پس چگونه[ خواهند بود]، آنگاه که همه را جمع کنیم در روزیکه درآن شکی نیست و هرکس آنچه را کسب کرده تماما دریافت کند بدون هیچ ستمی |

|
| Say, O God, Possessor of all dominion, You give dominion to whomever You will, and take away dominion from whomever You will, and You grant honor to whomever You will and bring lowly to whomever You will. Goodness is in Your Hand. And indeed You are All Powerful over all things. |
026 |
بگو: خدایا ، تو فرمانده هر فرمانی ، بهرکس بخواهی فرمانروایی دهی وهرکسرا بخواهی از فرماندهی بیندازی. آنکه را بخواهی عزت دهی و آنکه را بخواهی به ذلت افکنی .همه خوبیها بدست توست وتو بر هرچیزی توانایی |

|
You cause the night to pass into the day, and You cause the day to pass into the night. And You bring the living out of the dead and bring the dead out of the living. Surely You provide for whomever You will beyond all limits. |
027 |
تو شب را بروز و روز را بشب آوری ، تو زندگی را از مرگ و مرگ را پس از زندگی باعث شوی و تو بهرکس که بخواهی بیحساب روزی دهی |

|
The believers should not take those who deny the truth as allies in preference to the believers. And whoever does this cuts himself off from God in everything. Exempted is the one who fears persecution. But God warns you to beware of Him: for with God is all journeys' end |
028 |
مؤمنان دردوستی کافرانرا بر مؤمنان ترجیح ندهند - و اگر چنین کنند از خدا بریده اند - مگرآنکه ازآنهاهمی بترسند . خدا شمارا بخود هشدار میدهد که سرانجام همه امور بدو بازمیگردد |

|
Say, if you conceal what is in your heart or bring it into the open, God knows it. He knows all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth. And God is All Powerful over all things. |
029 |
بگو: اگر آنچه را در دل دارید پنهان کنید و یا ظاهر سازید خدا آنرا میداند. خدا هرچه در آسمانها و زمین است میداند و خداوند بر هرچیزی توانااست |

|
The day when every soul finds himself faced with all the good that he has done, and with all the evil that he has done, one will wish that there were a long span of time between himself and that [Day]. God warns you to beware of Him. And God is All Compassionate towards the worshipers. |
030 |
در آنروز، هرکس هرکار نیکی کرده آنرا حاضر می بیند و نیز هر کار بدی، و دوست دارد میان او و آن، زمان زیادی فاصله میبود! خدا شمارا بخود هشدار میدهد و خداوند به بندگانش بسیار مهربان است |

|
Say [O Prophet]: " if you love God then obey me, God will love you and forgive your sins. And God is All Forgiving, All Merciful." |
031 |
بگو [ای پیغمبر]: اگر خدا را دوست دارید مرا پیروی کنید. خداوند شمارا دوست دارد و از گناهان شما درمیگذرد که وی بسیار آمرزنده و بخشنده است |

|
Say: obey God and the messenger. If you turn away, God ,indeed,does not love those who deny the truth. |
032 |
بگو: خدارا اطاعت کنید وفرستاده اش را ، و اگر روی برتابید همانا خداوند کافران را دوست ندارد ، |
|
|
Indeed God chose Adam, Noah and the family of Abraham and the Amramites over all the people- |
033 |
همانا خداوند آدم، نوح، خاندان ابراهیم و خاندان عمران را بر همه برتری داد |
|
|
-generation after generation.And God is all-hearing, all-knowing |
034 |
وفرزندان آنها را، برخی از برخی دیگر. و خداوند بسیار شنوا و دانااست |
|
|
When a woman of [the House of] Emran said:" my Lord, indeed I have dedicated to You what is in my womb, to be devoted to your service, accept it from me. Indeed you are All Hearing, All Knowing.

035 |
آنگاه که زنی از آل عمران گفت: خدای من! همانا آنچه در رحم دارم برای خدمت بتو وقف میکنم، آنرا بپذیر که تو بسیار شنوا و دانایی |
